Urban Zen Yoga Studio helps gym-goers hone their flexibility, mental clarity, and core strength with a slew of yoga classes. In basic yoga classes, students nail down alignment, breath control, and postures, many of which can be performed with variations. Then, they can move onto more challenging styles, such as hot Vinyasa.
