One Aerial Yoga or Pole Fitness Class or One Month of Unlimited Classes at Dharma Hot Yoga
Aerial yoga classes are taught by AIR Fit certified instructors, and are a suspension-based training program that uses a student’s body weight to provide resistance, helping to build arm and core strength. Pole fitness classes teach students how to push, pull, lift, and suspend their body weight in order to execute pole fitness moves, with Level 1 classes available for beginners, and Level 2 classes for more experienced students.
